Callao Housing Consultancy was originally established in 2002 providing housing management consultancy services. In April 2003 development services were introduced into the portfolio, and from here specialisation in sustainability and quality initiatives, particularly relating to the provision of affordable housing.

Andrew has over 18 years experience both within the RSL movement and as a specialist consultant in development procurement and sustainability initiatives. He leads the partnership on both EcoHomes and the Code for Sustainable Homes. Andrew is a licensed individual assessor for both of these assessments. He also specialises in Housing Quality Indicators, procedural audits and compliance issues.
